Remember that our space is run by volunteers

Let’s please remember that volunteers are the ones who keep our kilns going, pieces rotating, and space stocked with glazes, products, etc. They are not paid.

This is very true for DMS. Volunteers are the great people that choose to help keep this great place running. I am very thankful for all the volunteers!

I will say this. Perhaps, because we have to remind people of this, there might be some expectation that is not being fulfilled. Either the expectation needs to go, or something might need to be improved. If the expectation is a fruitful one, we might need some volunteer management and a call for more volunteers to fill the positions.
