Reinstating membership with former sign offs

Hi everyone! Not sure where to ask this so I’m happy to move it to a more appropriate location if needed.

I just reactivated my membership today (billing issues when I was abroad). It’s with the same log-in but the old membership is “cancelled” and this membership has started today. Now that I have it active I have 2 questions:

  • will my old card fob still work to get in the building?
  • will my trainings sign offs re apply to the same account? I did training for the slab mill and woodshop and I’d like to use it tomorrow.

Anything you did before will still be part of your account. Your account never went away, it went inactive because you had no active subscription to DMS. Now that you have an active subscription it’s back to normal except you need to go here to reactivate your badge.
