Records update request


Took the casting quiz, trying to register for the casting class on the 24th but it won’t let me until the records are updated. Thank you in advance!

If you haven’t yet, ensure that you log out and back into the calendar. The calendar only updates permissions for a user when a user logs in.

Logged in and out a few times to double check, still nothing. I took the prereq course last month, it still says I’m not allowed. Also double checked that I completed 100% of the course, which I did.

I’m not sure how to resolve that issue. I have to defer to @jsnowfreedman or to report as an issue/request for support.

OTOH, if you’re in the Jewelry Teachers Active Directory, and you agree with the class printout, you should be able to add them to Active Directory. Although, that’s a bit of work, and funky to describe if you’re not familiar with the process.


I’ll keep trying, but it says that someone can update the records, I talked to the teacher and he isn’t aware of the issue or how to fix it

We have had this issue before, and apparently it isn’t quite fixed. Or, it’ll be fixed for a couple of days/weeks, and then it’s back. I hate to tag @jsnowfreedman, but I think that this is the first time Jewelry has had the problem and that’s why they don’t know what to do.
