I have a 2009 Mazda cx9 that has a bend in the front wheel from hitting a large pothole. It holds air, but now that the weather is changing it leaks alot faster. Anyone know of a trustworthy repair shop that can fix it? It has been a bust finding a used one in a scrapyard.
There are a number of hubcap and wheel places on Harry Hines that might have a match.
The reasons the scrapyards don’t have them is that these specialist used shops buy everything they have.

I’ve used this place in Carrollton who did an amazing job and handed it back the next day. (Circa 2018ish). The actual repairs happen overnight and not during business hours if I recall correctly.
I think it was $125 for the repair and repaint back then. Might want to see how much they go for on eBay first.
My take on Harry Hines tire shops – I usually start with the little tire shop at Valley View and Denton. If they don’t have what I need (I’m usually looking for used tires), then I head down Harry Hines, stopping at each store until I find what I’m looking for.
Have you checked LKQ.com?
They ended up being cheaper than a repair for my situation
I also have used WRS and they did an awesome job and were very professional!
Thanks for the link, they didn’t have my model but I’ll keep that for future searches.
Thank you, I’ll give them a call tomorrow.
Did that to my wheel once and my friend took a hammer to it and straightened it out At least enough To not look scary. Never did care leak. Maybe someone can hammer it straight in the forge?
Have you tried “Mazda heaven” (salvage yard) in fort worth?
I think I’ve used this place before.
Posted on a local specialty forum asking for recommendations. One guy that responded offered me a cash deal - $100 /wheel for refinishing and color change.
When we met again for pick up, it was near that facility, and he revealed that he moonlights on weekends for him & his buddies, using the company machinery, hence the deal.
I was really impressed with the quality and turnaround, they were rally wheels that were really beat up, and I got them back looking absolutely pristine.
TBF this will several years ago so I would expect closer to $125-150 today.
Also, he mentioned that the used wheel market here is very healthy, people are constantly swapping and buying takeoffs, so it should not be hard at all to find somewhere decent at a good price.
