Recommendations for machine to cut 10 mil mylar stencil

Hello DM,
I am seeking recommendations for how to cut a larger (4ft) 10 mil mylar stencil. What machines would y’all recommend? Is there anything at the space that could do this?

The vinyl cutter can cut a stencil 4ft long no problem. Not sure it’ll cut mylar though
