Hi, I canceled my membership couple months ago and decide to come back. What’s the process look like to re-activate? Also, does the car left access still be valid after re-activate? I still have the old access card. Thanks for the help!
You should be able to go to https://accounts.dallasmakerspace.org, log in with your email and add a “new service”. If you do it that way, your previous training will carry over.

After you pay up again, you’ll have to reactivate your card from MakerManager(badges). You sign into that with your user name, not your email. Same password, though.
When you cancel, the system simply removes your card, so you have to add it back. If you’ve got the card, it’s only the number with 3 leading zeros.
