This week we will be offering two classes on some basic processes of pyrotechnics. Making charcoal and making black powder for use in fireworks.
We will go over why you would want to make your own charcoal as well as it’s many uses. Making black powder will cover sourcing materials and the various types of powders you need for most firework production.
These classes will culminate in offsite practicum classes as part of the fall event for the Pyrotechnic Artists of Texas http://www.fireants.org/ We will make and use these materials at that time. So save the date for November 7th!
