@jphelps - I know you think that the management company has people to see to this sort of problem, but my observation says that they are very low on regular “boots on the ground”. The management of the landscaping has never been more than adequate, and has gotten much worse since COVID. Sending the management people these pictures should be enough to spark their involvement. Nowadays all the ground crew seems to do is mow.
The rain likely helped the soil settle and compact itself. Usually that is why you leave it mounded up with dirt because after a few rain storms it will flatten out.
They do have lots of people to deal with issues however it’s mostly on DMS to reach out to them and report anything.
If you think this is still an issue after all the rain we have had then you can report it to logistics and facilities and see if that teams leadership wants to pursue it with the landlord.
This issue is caused by the rain. They just put the dirt back in loosely and the rain made it subside. I only took a few pictures. Every hole that they dug is now a pit. Well, not the ones covered by concrete. We have our fingers crossed that nothing crazy is going on under that concrete.
