I would like to use a printer but I am not sure who I need to talk to about it. Who is the best POC?

What size? We do not currently have a working wide format printer.
I’m looking at around 18" x 24".
@hardsuit is the head of the wide format printer SIG, but we’ve been having problems with the wide format printers so I’m not sure if we have that capability just now.
It might work on the 24" printer if I swap out a print head from the 44".
