Print to rice paper then resin

Hey everyone. I have seen a few videos online about surf board making using prints on rice paper amd resin to make the paper clear. I would love to learn how to do this but on a flat surface not a surf board. Does anyone here know what im talking about and can help me?

I know of the technique and want to try it out, but have not gotten a chance to try anything yet. The Hahnemuhle rice papers seem to be a good starting point from what research I have done.
