Precision cutting for a logo

I am new to DMS and I do not know all of the equipment, so I could use some help. My oldest son has a photography business and we would like to make a custom sign with the business logo.

Can the CMC laser machine cut completely through a 28" x 28" piece if quarter inch plywood or plexiglass? The desire is to cut the company logo into the material so that the 28" x 28" material can be backlit.

Yes, the Thunder lasers can cut all the way through 1/4 plywood or acrylic. Just make sure you have acrylic and not polycarbonate.
