Hey makers!

We have an open PR meeting on Thursday, June 6 at 7pm.

This is open to all DMS members who are interested in seeing a social media planning session and discussion of social strategy!

We will be talking about the DMS social channels: Facebook, Instagram and YouTube (possible TikTok) and how we can develop more content, reels, the calendar, posting schedule etc!

Consider adding the blog on the DMS site to the list. That could be another - evergreen - source of inbound traffic. Also, doing research on the keywords folks use to search for various topics can be utilized to increase traffic as well. Think: “tablesaw dovetail jig”, “ceramic pottery classes”, metal fabrication designs", 'resin casting for beginners", etc.

Thanks! The blog and SEO efforts are for a different discussion in the near future under a different topic, mainly for the website and content building updates.

Yes! Please! I love the blog. Wish I could add some action to it, but my time has been too limited to concentrate on generating any actual articles. L O V E to see someone(s) willing to pick up & put in some content! Thank you for bringing it up.

Thank you for leading this effort. It’s very much needed. Just a thought - keyword efforts should be considered for the social media channels also.

The event says Lecture Hall. If you turn left from Creative Arts, that’s the door on the left down the hallway.
