I need to powder coat this. Do i need to get rid of all the red paint? How would i go about doing that
You’ll want to remove the paint. Chemical stripper is nasty, but is probably your best bet
Yes, you need to make sure there is absolutely no paint on any objects you’re planning on powder coating. I would recommend either a chemical stripper or an outdoor sand blaster followed by a rag soaked in paint thinner in order to get rid of anything stubborn.
That depends on the type of paint. if its just uncoated spraypaint or something else fragile, the vapor hone might strip it. looks like it could be satin or gloss enamel though. might try the vapor hone just in case.
