Possibility to sign out pieces of glassware

I’ve gotten very interested in chemistry as of late, but as we all can agree it is exceedingly expensive for a small hobbyist level, $100 for a condenser tube I may use for 2 preparations? I understand at the moment the fume hood for inorganics is not operational and that doing a distillation can have gas leaks, this is not good for an enclosed space. So I was wondering if I could like sign out some pieces of glassware for a distillation setup. (Liebig condenser, tubing, reaction flask, funnels) I also understand that it would be a break it, I buy it. If you’re curious about my project, I plan to use a nitrate salt (potassium nitrate) in combination with sulfuric acid to make nitric acid. Mainly out of my own personal fascination and some metal purification stuff.

@Team_Science – y’all might want to review who is on “Team Science”.

I believe DMS as a whole has a no tool lending policy.

Isn’t there a process to sign out photo gear?

Unless that has changed camera gear was not supposed to leave. I think they relaxed the rules at one point and there is now less camera gear.

Alternatively, you can get glassware on Amazon pretty cheap:

Oh thank you for the recommendation, I believe this thread has answered my question.
