Plastics SIG bandsaw not working properly

Hi, I don’t know if this is where I should post, but when I turned on the plastics SIG bandsaw this morning it immediately made a high pitched sound. I turned it off and was unable to cut my plastic. I left a note on the saw since I didn’t see any signage. Thanks!

Thanks Kevin, someone ended up using it after I posted, I’m not sure if something was loose and they figured it out.

Paul released the tension on the blade last night, it was over tightened. Pretty sure the new Laguna bandsaw class cover this issue.
