Hi there. I am getting an error on the plasmacam i cant figure out and am hoping someone can tell me what i have done wrong. It says “torch cutting signal was lost. Check wiring, power or turn off option.” Ideas?
I have seen an error a couple of times when a red light on the front of the Hypertherm comes on and locks things up. Turn the Hypertherm off, wait a few seconds and turn it back on cleared the problem.
Is a yellow or red light on?

Make sure torch is on, air is connected, pressure is correct, you initialized the machine, etc.
Might be a parallel port setting issue but I think it’s generally been working on the new machine and so not at the top of my list.
