How to transfect a plasmid from ecoli into agrobacteria
Will put transgenic plasmid from agro bacteria into tobacco plant and let it grow in tissue culture
3 Months later will review results by using PCR and Gel Electrophoresis on the Tobacco Plant
we will attempt to add a marker gene to tobacco such as a fluorescent protien
it may need to be a multiple day class people will need to be able to do plant tissue culture as well as many other lab techniques, biohacker class will be required.
