I don’t know exactly what’s going on with the planer but it is not pushing the material through. So any advice as to how to fix it would be awesome!
That could be several different things. One is your wood rough sawn,
To you could be clamp too tight?
I’ll be up there in about an hour if you’re still there…
Do you have pictures of the board ?
It’s could be loose nut behind the wheel too 
I’ll be here. Another person has a s3s 1" board and it still wasn’t going through
Could the rollers be covered in epoxy dust? Stranger things:)
The transmission was in Neutral - it’s operational now
