That is a terribly old story. The Pinball Hall of Fame / Museum / Non-profit has purchased a long, but narrow strip of land on the Vegas strip. Prime real estate… and last I heard they were negotiating with the neighbor for doing a swap since it sits between a property and a strip of land both owned by the same folks. It would give them a bit better spot and would benefit the existing property owner they are in the middle of.
I’ve donated towards their purchase and move.
