Hello all. I hope I’m posting this in the right topic; I’m trying to edit a photo to output with the laser, but my issue is with Photoshop itself right now.
I’m using one of the machines labelled for design use, and it has Photoshop on it, but when I open it, it closes and tells me my subscription status cannot be verified (Error Code 20400). It also claims the graphics processor is incomptible.
What do I need to do to get this working? Am I missing something? I have tried using the web Photoshop, but it feels like I’m missing some necessary tools, or they’re at least significantly more hidden.
