Hi everyone!

I have been a member of DMS for about 4 months now, and it is amazing! I am currently completing my doctoral degree at the University of North Texas and focusing on information sharing in makerspaces. I am asking members of the makerspace to take a survey located here: Online Survey | Built with Qualtrics Experience Management™ or contact me for a face to face interview through call or text at (940) 391-1872.

I took your survey, and I have a suggestion.

In my experience, makers evolve over after the time when they first join. I have been a member for several years now, and I believe that if you had surveyed me at earlier times in my Makerspace journey, many of my answers would have been different. I suggest that in order to make sense of the data you receive you may need to correlate it to “how long have you been a member?”

That may not reveal anything, but if your resulting data don’t show any correlative factors it will be too late to go back and add that feature.

I took the survey too. Like Photomancer said, it would be nice if you would share the data once, it’s been reduced.
