Please take this with a grain of salt. I had a test that was timed for math and English… then i had this untimed test for subjective question like the following… to which i find offensive as they asked about my view in my personal life (home).
Considering the Dunning–Kruger effect. Most people do not evaluate themselves correctly. Then i don’t do well under timed test but can answer more accurately under tests with unlimited time. Of the personal question I answer I am through person. but given the timed test was not thoroughly completed answering all questions. thus I find I am most likely not getting the job because i did not get a high grade… As well i maybe consider a poor judge of my own faculties. I take it a reasonable assumption and i should not question the testing methods right?
