No, it will likely prevent the areas covered by the pencil marks from transferring. The dye sub process is the inks becoming gasses and bonding with the polymers in the coating. Nothing about that process would cause the pencil marks to do the same.
Thanks. I was just going to make a super light alignment mark. I can live with the polymer not transferring - I just didn’t want the mark itself to be on there.
