Parking and the use of the Parking Lots

I have received a complaint from our Landlord about a member parking in their spaces. As a gentle reminder, DMS does not own the building or the parking lots, and we do have assigned spaces for us to use. After 5PM during the week and on the weekends, we are allowed to expand the usage out, but, please do not park in spaces that are not ours or block the loading areas in the back of the warehouse during 7am-5pm, M-F.

Also note that towing is enforced by the landlord, not DMS. DMS can provide courtesy warnings, but towing is contracted by the landord without DMS input.
