I have a buddy that would like a panel made in a custom size
something exactly like the above link but larger at 24"x24" of paintable area (25-1/2" x 25-1/2" overall).
Someone might be willing to do it but at that price people might be hesitant to reply. It would require starting with a sheet of .5" Baltic Birch and a 30" x 30" starts at 30-35 bucks, then add in design time, setup, labor, and experience. What is your friend expecting to pay? I’m not sure he would like my price if he is expecting a simple double in price.
