The 3-D Vac-U-Press should be repaired soon, we are waiting for parts to arrive.
However, there is another option for decorating mugs using the silicon wraps. There is a convection toaster oven in Creative Arts that will work for this. I’m not sure how accurate the temperature is on this particular oven, but it WILL work. If you decide to try it out, make sure it is set to Convection for the most even heating. I suggest starting at 400 degrees, and adjust from there. Timing should be very similar to the 3-D Vac-U-Press.
