Came in this morning to find the base jaws for the strong hold chuck for the powermatic not put on correctly. One of the jaws was standing out from the others. Hard to see in the picture - but one is high of the body while the other jaws are flush. At some point in the last week it was taken apart and not put back together correctly. The jaws were also in the wrong order. Anyone that used the chuck with the jaws like this only had support of three jaws or their piece was not centered as expected.
Here is an excellent video on how to put jaws on correctly. I think the same principles apply to the nova chucks but not 100% sure.
