As I am unable to find record of a completed 3D Printing Basics class, the most expeditious way to get re-added is probably to re-do the training.

self enroll (or enrol) and walk through it. Once completed with 100%, it will automagically add you to the group.

Quite a bit of the classes from a few years ago might have not got registered. Yes, take the course and do the course at 100% you can retake it with the answers, your AD group will be automatically added.
