Need help with stuff locked up in purgatory storage

I had a notice to remove stuff by December 7th, but I only got that storage just 3 days before notice is issued. so I sent an email with all details to logistics asking do I still need to move? I did not hear anything. now my stuff is locked up. what are the next steps? Please suggest as soon as possible, I have a project that i need to finish it soon. I tried to reach out to logistics, unable to sent direct messages to them, may be because I am new.

I’m supposing you already figured this out, but green dot
A) you already have
B) has nothing to do with PMing
but trust level does, and you need to do the necessary things to attain BASIC TL (which you did 20 minutes ago as of this writing, so you should now be good to go on PMs).
