Need help adding family member!

Hi! I tried going through my online portal and doing the household addon. When I try to set it up as a new account so he has his own login, it says I can’t change the username once the account is created?

I tried doing it without setting up a new account but that’s also causing problems. I got a confirmation number but then didn’t get an email confirming anything. When I look at my portal, I don’t see it as an active or pending service. I think I might have paid twice?

What’s the best way to get this kind of thing done? I’m feeling defeated :sweat_smile:

Your best shot is to send a ticket from your account. The people that answer the tickets know how to help with this sort of issue.
