I have created a model in freecad and need someone to get it printed for me. They are 10mm by 10mm by 18mm. I can send the files if needed.
Resin or FDM? Does material or color matter?

Doesn’t matter color prefer FDM but resin would work since it is just a prototype.
Not in any rush.

I have a resin printer with a large platform (Anycubic Photon Mono X) that I could use. What are you tolerances?
Pretty exact actually. If there is some bleeding somewhere then I can probably live with it and shave it off.
I see a potential problem with the model: the tapered area at the top edge (at about 1:30 and 7:30) are so thin that the filament printer may not extrude that edge. It appears go to a knife-edge thickness, which will also cause problems for resin printers.
A good rule of thumb it to design items at least one (if not two) times the minimum extrusion width. The PolyPrinters have a 0.35mm extruder tip on them, so anything thinner than 0.35mm will prove difficult to extrude reliably.
