Given that the statement is about intent, it may not be factually incorrect; however, I doubt if 99% of the policies have done anything to help most businesses, beyond those small number who paid to get their pet regulations passed…

Everytime I see Chevron’s ad for “Do’ers” I can’t help but think of DMS.
Some of my “Do’ins” have not been grand successes beyond the discovery of “Wow, I’m more clever than I thought to have done it in such an idiotic way”
