NASA has made a number of STL files available, including:

  • terrain maps of various sites (Apollo sites, Mars landing sites
  • models of moons and asteroids like Vesta
  • models of exploratory vehicles like Cassini, the Curiosity Rover, et al
  • tools used on the ISS and elsewhere
