Minimum Requirements -
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance environment
Experience performing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required, as well as basic experience with electrical controls and PLC
Ability to cut and weld, as well as use basic shop machining equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Very detail oriented and able to perform a diverse range of tasks.
Operate a forklift
Work 12 hour shifts on either days or nights.
Effective PC skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and various CMMS systems
Additional skills preferred: good knowledge of industrial HVAC
Role & Responsibilities –
Must work in a safe manner to avoid injury to self and co-workers.
Provide routine troubleshooting assistance on mechanical and electrical issues.
Conduct routine condition based audits of manufacturing equipment and report findings.
Perform corrective repairs to equipment during unplanned downtime events.
Plan and execute work during planned downtime events.
Recommend and execute modifications necessary to improve equipment efficiency and uptime.
Fabricate parts or fixtures that will go into the manufacturing process.
Demonstrate a high sense of urgency to correct safety and operational issues.
Actively participate in efforts to develop safety and maintenance management systems.
Assist Production, Engineering, and Leadership teams as needed during ongoing operations.
Must be willing to work any shift.
