And the saga continues

Hopefully, Russian difficulties in Ukraine may keep China from attempting to “reunify” Taiwan by force.

Q1 2023 and early 2024 sounds like an eternity away.

I still think we are setting up for a huge glut several years down the road.

Probably not. Wafers are sold out for years ahead.

Did you ever think it would come to this?

I do not know what to make of this…

The whole concept of corporate chop is foreign to us.

It would sort of be like saying that US corporations would only have one person capable of rendering the corporate signature, that is required on all legal documents.

And that to change who can render the corporate signature, requires the corporate signature. So that one person can hold the company hostage.

Paywall.

Not sure if they were saying they were expanding the existing plant or not. Certainly no way the existing plant will house 1500 extra people. We have 4 or 5 machines there

The page works for me and I am not a subscriber. I primarily use Opera with ad blocking enabled for browsing if that makes a difference.

Hopefully goes better than this -

And Intel ain’t happy w/ Mommy Gov - go figure -

These plants cost serious money. Don’t know why the House is taking so long to address this legislation. Modify it, pass it or don’t; just do it now.
