I’m glad to pin this - but first, is there any reason it really needs to be in Members only? I ask this because I can’t pin it globally if it’s in Members Only.
I can pin it to the top of Members Only but people would have to seek out that category to see it at the top.

Committee Chairs: before the meeting please send me your latest committee reports. I would like to print them out in packages and give out at the door. When it comes time to give reports - it can be for asking questions, most of us can read very fast. Hopefully this cut down the 60-90 minutes it takes to give reports orally to answering member questions. Hopefully, it will be more productive and for those Chairs that aren’t there their report will be available to read.
If the concept works can use it in future meetings, if not liked, dump it. But I’d like to try it.
