Just FYI, these need to be posted to the calendar to be properly announced. I would suggest getting the next several months up there so you don’t have to worry about it in the future.
He did have it on the calendar, not sure when he put it on though.
For any others wondering, The committee meetings for metal shop are every 1st Saturday of the month at noon.

It was posted on the calendar more than three weeks ago. I required the assistance of Malcolm Galland to organize the meet link. He arrived moments before I posted the link. I called it the monthly meeting.
