Does anyone know how much it would cost to do this? It has to withstand the wind. Asking for a friend.
I can something similar in sizes to fit 24" x 36" or 28" x 44" signs. You fill the base with water or sand, and they have wheels to make moving them easier. They would run $200 or $240 depending on which size was wanted. They allow toolless changing of the sign faces and take a panel up to 3/16" thick.

I’d guess about $100-150 from my experience sifting through the cut off section of metal marts (~$30 for sheet, $70+ for weird tubes).
Funnily enough, I found this one for $100, or whatever price they report for google.

Don’t forget the cost of the casters.
The one you found looks like the same one that the OP has a picture of. I’d say request a quote, with shipping. They have a variety of sizes, so you have to request a quote to get any further in the process.
