Membership Ending Prematurely

Hi there,

I bought a membership for 6/11, and it is supposed to renew on 7/11. I cancelled my membership b/c I did not want it to renew automatically. However, my badge doesn’t work anymore anywhere. Can you help me out?

I believe that for account issues like that you need to email
[email protected]

But someone may have more up to date info.

I believe that whenever you go to cancel the membership, it will ask you if you want to cancel it immediately or at the end of the period, my guess is that you probably selected immediately, which will disable the badges/access right away.
