Membership Cancelled but Not Sure Why (Lotia 2019-05-19 Sun)

Hi,

I had been grandfathered into the 2016 rates. My last payment didn’t go through and my card information has not changed. How can I go about reactivating my membership with the old rates?

This is the first cancelled payment we have ever encountered since 2016.
