Member login won’t work

I added in a new family member and got an error screen while setting up her badge. She is unable to login on the site. Changed password but that didn’t help. Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Did she sign a waiver using the same email that she was signing up with?

She has signed the waiver twice. Friday and again today. She received emails both times.

Also, we were able get a badge set up today. Will try to login again now.

Send us email at accounts at dallasmakerspace dot org.
Include pertinent info like names (first, last, for primary and add on) as well as usernames, etc.
The ticket system is more adept at working through these issues than Talk, esp. if personal info is required.
