I need to cut a bunch of 4 and 5 inch rounds using Baltic Birch. Final thickness needs to be 1.5”. Would I be better off gluing up three cut 1/2” BB thick inch rounds or can I cut all the way through three-quarter inch BB in either single or multiple passes, so I would just have to glue up two of them?
