I scheduled a class for Tuesdsay March 28th 9pm (should appear on calendar in a couple days), Hands on disassembly of a 1974 Honda Trail 70 mini bike engine(3 Speed Auto Clutch, 72cc Overhead Cam Engine), just to see how it works.

Darn, traveling. Next time!

Got it apart without too much trouble, would have been easier if I had started out using a P3 instead of P2 phillips on the crank case screws (which turned into drilling them out)

One of these can be very useful in that situation.

Honda screws from the 70s motorcycles are notorious for being marginally stronger than butter.

We actually had one of those on hand but it seems as though the reverse function was broken. I believe Brandon is buying a new one.

Even knowing our members, I’ve got to wonder how one of those broke, particularly in a way that allows drive, but not reverse.

Glad to see you were able to put someone’s junk/trash to good educational use!
