Wanted to leave a paper trail and some evidence that this tool is available now in Digital Media for DMS members. It was mentioned in a meeting that we could have more tools for people to film the process of their art more in the space across all of the different areas of DMS.
I used to make timelape videos of colored pencil drawings when I was in high school, and I havent used it ever since, so I’m donating it to DMS (ran this by Keith when we met at the space the other day.) This is a Manfrotto Magic Arm and it has a clamp and standard mount for most cameras. You can attach it to a table or desk and angle it above your workspace to film whatever you may be working on and can share on social media.
You can find in the tripods in digital media if you’d like to use it. Just wanted to make sure I followed up on this since it was mentioned so long ago and that there was awareness for it!
