Maker Manager 3 Error message

I’m trying to add a family badge to my account.

They have signed the wavier and when I log into the main account I see where I can input thier badge number but I get this message after I enter the badge number. “Badge activation failed. Double check your badge number and try again.” I have tried three different badge numbers. Who can look into this issue for me.
