I’m having issues logging into the Maker Manager 3 to reactivate my badge number.
I’ve used my username and correct password but it shows the attached error message.
Has anyone experienced this?
Working your ticket. I’ll elaborate there. Bottom line, requires manual DB edit which needs careful consideration and rather than pay undue attention, I have put it off until I have the requisite “free time” to concentrate on what I’m doing so I don’t FUBAR the whole thing. My apologies for the delays.

I was wondering what was causing the issue so thought I’d check to see if others had experienced the same to get more insight.
Good to know it can only be resolved from the management side and nothing I can do from my end. At least I’ve tried.
