Hi, I was doing some cutting today and noticed that the mirror on the head seemed dirty, so my design wasn’t able to cut through the material as it normally would. Can someone check on Donner? If I had to guess, I think the mirrors and possibly the lens need to be cleaned.

Hmm, I cleaned it a couple days ago but it’ll go through a more full maintenance tomorrow during office hours.
Someone keeps cutting really smoky material on it causing a lot of soot buildup - I’ve been trying to find them to ask them to lower their power/make sure it’s okay material but…
