What Machine should I use to cut a 1mm sheet of aluminum into an 18" diameter circle?
Shakeypoo is probably the best viable option. You will need training for it if you haven’t received it yet.

The Shapeoko has a sight that says “Plastics ONLY at this time” will I be able to cut 1mm aluminum on it?
There are more than one, and it’s in transition. I believe the current sequence is CAM for Shapeoko, Shapeoko2 (Woodshop), Shapeoko3 @keoliver and @jphelps are the right contacts.
If you are fine with +/- 2mm, I can show you how to cut it on the CNC plasma cutter.

Well, there’s steel, and Not Steel. Most Not Steel is significantly softer…
For clarification, when Jay says soft metals he means metals that don’t require cutting fluid/oil.
Is there online training for the Shapeoko, and/or in person training I can do this week?
