My bowman’s tube melted again today. I fixed it the same as I did last time, and cut the bad portion out and put it back together. I really need to change the extruder assembly out. I am willing to pay someone could give me a hand with this and of course I will order the new assembly first. To my mind it is a serious flaw in the Ender 3 pro printer.
I ordered the printer head number two choice, hopefully I will get some help installing it when the time comes it won’t be here until Tuesday.

What bowden tube are you using? Capricorn? I think it’s more heat resistant if you’re not using it, so it may solve your problem. Fairly cheap too.

Yah you can find them on Amazon or even at Microcenter in their 3d printing section.
Doh! My extruder was clogged. I’m going to blame my brain damage.
