After doing some research, I have learned that there is a real danger of electruction, is there anyone here that would be willing to do this for me? Obviously I would provide the CRT, as well as any materials necessary and pay you for your time

You may have reasons for pursuing this approach, and if so, carry on.
If the objective is to get a visualization of a waveform on a screen, old analog oscilloscopes are plentiful and fairly cheap on eBay. Those might meet your objectives.

I’ve seen those, i prefer the look of the different CRT mods I’ve seen. With that said, you’re probably right that buying the premade scope is the best time/money → value ratio
Bonus if you get a 2 or more channel unit, you can usually ( check the specific model ) do these cool things called Lissajous Figures. ( The looping rotating patterns on screens throughout classic sci-fi. )
